Parish Hall Rental

2025 UPDATED PRICING

Our large, bright parish hall is available for rental for one-time events or re-occurring meetings. Included in the rental is access to a full kitchen, restrooms, and tables and chairs.


* Please consider your set-up and break down time when determining the amount of hours you will be reserving the venue. This time is not included in your reservation.

Room Usage Rates

$75/hour with a 3 hour minimum

  • 3 hour usage - $225

  • 4 hour usage - $300

  • 5 hour usage - $375

  • 6 hour usage - $450


Hall Reservations must be made a minimum of two weeks in advance of your event.

Reservations will not be accepted more than
60 days before event date.

All reservations are secured with a required $80 Security Deposit.


Additional Information

  • No alcoholic beverages or smoking in the hall.

  • The hall is handicap accessible.

  • Hall size: 30 feet x 51 feet (not including the kitchen)

  • The hall comfortably seats 80 people (100 is crowded)

  • White tables used for seating are 8 foot tables (30 X 96) and are set with 6 chairs per table.

  • The hall is air conditioned.

To Secure Your Date:

  1. Check to see if your preferred date is available by contacting Jasmine, our Parish Administrator.

  2. Fill out the Parish Hall Rental Agreement.

  3. Submit your agreement and pay $80 security deposit.

    Payments can be made by cash or check
    (made out to All Saints Episcopal Church)
    in person at the church office.
